Cycling with the LOC is a wonderful way to see the countryside, get some exercise and meet new people with similar interests.

The Cycling Group is divided into 3 groups:
Hares’ (~ 20-25 km/hr for 40-75 km )
Easy Riders’ (~ 15-20 km/hr for 20-40 km)
Free Wheelers’ (~ 15-18 km/hr for 20-25 km)

Ride lengths vary from a couple hours, to a half or full day, to weekend (or longer)
out-of-town trips.

We encourage you to familiarize yourself with the cycling guidelines posted on this page; then come out and join us for a good ride.
