Hiking Interest Group Members:
You asked, and we complied. As you likely have seen the hikes with limited registration have filled quickly. In an effort to allow more members to get out, on a trial basis, we have added a second hike for the Tuesday hikes in November/early December.
To simplify administration and recruiting volunteer leaders we will be doing the same hike, same date, same route, one hour later. The 2nd hike for November 3rd has been added and the others will be added shortly - keep checking back.
If you happen to sign up for one of the #2 hikes and your name was on wait list for the earlier hike, please remove your name from the wait list. And of course at all times, if you cannot make it to a hike, even at last minute, please cancel.
Lastly a huge thank you to the devoted volunteers who heard about this idea and stepped up to help us out. Without your dedication and enthusiasm we wouldn't be able to open up more spots.
