Cycling with the LOC is a wonderful way to see the countryside, get some exercise and meet people who share your interest.

Rides are categorized loosely into four groups:

Level 1 (formerly Hares),
24+ km/hr, for 40 - 75+ km

Level 2 (formerly Easy Riders),
21 - 24 km/hr, for 25-40+ km

Level 3 (formerly Easy Riders),
18 - 21 km/hr, for 25 - 40 km

Free Wheelers, 16-18 km/hr for 20-25 km)

Ride lengths vary according to groups and rider interests.  As well as regular local rides we also have special rides and overnight rides.

We encourage you to familiarize yourself with the cycling guidelines, and check in with a ride leader to be sure you will have an experience that suits your ability; then come out and join us for a good ride.
