A Personal Challenge for Distance and Endurance!

Are you interested in a potential three-day hike with Day Two being a hike together at the Lambton Heritage Forest on Saturday?

The Challenge is for you to determine how far you would like to hike in three consecutive days.  You may decide that the 7-14 km on Saturday is just right.  Or you may wish to add to this by hiking by yourself on Friday and Sunday.

A zoom chat will follow on Sunday to discuss our Personal Challenges!

Lambton Heritage Forest - this is a lovely walk on shady trails through a well-treed area with gentle to moderate slopes.

After walking through the Heritage Forest - 7 km - we will return to the cars and then - for those that wish - we will continue walking on the Lambton Shores Nature Trails for an additional 7 km.
