IMPORTANT: All participants MUST pre-register for event, by midnight the night before; due to Covid-19 drop-ins/guests are not permitted.

Be aware of the Public Health guidance relative to your own vaccination status and make your personal choices accordingly. For those who are more at risk of the virus, be aware that some participants at LOC events may not be fully vaccinated.

Event Description Ausable Cut - Lambton County Heritage Forest

Ausable Cut offers hikers a challenging 2 km loop trail over a high sand-dune.  This then connects over to Lambton county Heritage Forest which has a beautiful system of hiking trails winding through Oak Savannah and Carolinian Forest. 
            

(This is one of the two test hikes required for anyone considering the Bruce Trail hikes.)
