LSNT's annual Nature Appreciation Hike will be held at 10 am, Saturday, October 13th at the Ipperwash Dunes & Swales.
Join us for a unique hiking experience 'Forest Bathing' with guest hike leader Mary Ann McLaughlin - a world wide Hiker & Spiritual Leader.
We will meet at the Ipperwash Dines & Swales Trailhead (end of Richardson Drive off East Parkway in Ipperwash).
PARKING - Please park in the MNR lot at the corner of Ipperwash Road & East Parkway (entrance off East Parkway) and walk to the Trailhead.

Plus water & snacks - good footwear is recommended.
After the Hike Join Us back at the Port Franks Community Centre for a Special 'IMAGINE' Ceremony at our NEW TRAIL HEAD PROJECT,
'LSNT Heart of Communities' - a guided by local Artist and Master Gardener, Sonja Collinet.
